The Valdo Spumanti winery was born in the heart of Valdobbiadene, a unique territory that has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019.

Since 1926, Valdo has been linked to these vocal lands, the heart of the production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. A constantly evolving story in which Valdo writes new pages every year, telling how passion, tradition and innovation can lead to the creation of unique sparkling wines.

An alliance based on trust, respect and mutual benefit.

The tireless collaboration of many winegrowers makes all of this possible. They grow the grapes and deliver them to the winery. This is an ancient relationship based on trust, respect, and mutual exchange. Valdo also offers agronomic advice to the winegrowers, assisting them from pruning the vines to choosing the optimal time for the harvest.

A WINE BORN IN THE "Valle dei buoi”

Valdo Spumanti has a jewel in its collection called Cuvée di Boj. This sparkling wine is named after one of the rooms in Casa Valdo. It comes from the Valle dei Buoi, an area with unique vineyards in terms of history, soil, and climate. This wine represents the most typical of the area.

BEYOND TRADITION

Bold and innovative stylistic choices

A commitment to tradition and terroir does not preclude the possibility of making bold and innovative stylistic choices.

An example of such a choice is the Cuvée del Fondatore, a fine cuvée produced using a special sparkling method that involves partial aging of the Chardonnay portion of the cuvée in French oak barrels. A room in the mansion is also dedicated to this sparkling wine, a tribute to the founder of the winery.
